THE PLAYERS OF MOONSHADOW

I would like to give a special thanks to all those that helped in creating, play testing, and making Moonshadow the great campaigning place for AD&D that it is today!  My hat is off to you guys!
Without you, I am useless as a DM!  You all are the ones that make the "magic" happen in the realm!

Brent Guthrie:  has played D&D nearly as long as I have.  He typically is a cleric and does a vast majority of the healing.  Has a dark streak in him and it shows in his role playing.  If he can control undead instead of turning them, he will!  Likes to intimidate others.  A true RPG fanatic!

Andrew Peyton:  started as a fighter, killed everything, found out that there are more things you can do with magic.  Has always had a magic user of some sort ever since.  Also a practical joker and loves the two spells of phantasmal force and ventriloquism.  Loves to torment newcomers to the game with illusions of dragons and "voices" from dead people.

Matt Murphree:  a fighter.  Always has been of some sort.  I do not believe that Matt realizes that the game also has magic users in it!  Takes risks, can be daring, usually winds up getting killed!  In truth he adds comedy to the game and everyone loves to pick on him.  Of course when push comes to shove, he has been known to save the day!

George Morgan:  the textbook definition of a warrior...a very big warrior.  He loves heavy, skull splitting weapons and feeds off of Norse mythology.  A constant thinker and brilliant strategist.  Has been known to wade into a "puddle of enemy" and kill them all without suffering a single scratch.  Favors the great axe and usually winds up with an exceptional strength which adds to the brutality of his mad rampages.

Michael Lawrence:  a short time player, but as a ranger he accomplished quite a bit.  The fact that he was a Sylvan elf ranger made "playing in the forest" a whole new aspect of game play.  Could ambush anyone, anywhere, and the only thing they could come up with was that a ghost had just flown into their midst.

Christopher Morris:  the all around good guy.  Played a female bard for a short time and then started up with a paladin.  Likes to have an aire of mystery to his characters and plays them from a tragedy point-of-view.  Holds to the truth and his word.  Looks for the good in all situations and many times has come in conflict with the "darker sided" players in the group.  What more can you expect from a defender of the church!

Tina Kimbrell:  the newcomer to the group as of summer 2000.  Plays a cleric, and acts like a fighter.  Will run into the fray, bash everyone's heads in, and then heal her party.  Has a lot to learn but catches on quickly.  Will be interesting to see her develop over time and how her character disposition differs then from now!

Christopher Finch:  this would be me, the Dungeon Master and creator of Moonshadow.  Since 1985 I have been a part of D&D in some form or fashion.  I absolutely love it!  It's medieval with a fantasy twist where almost anything can happen...and usually does!  My favorite character is a Sylvan elf ranger, and I will play that role to the max.  Brent and Andy both can DM but hate it when they do.  I study every aspect of the game and have a tendency to "crunch" numbers as a player and plan for the greatest advantage that I or my party can get.  I prefer to be the DM where this knowledge is used best.
